What we do
Set in the heart of Fyshwick, 3seeds cooking school is where the industrial meets the plate. We strip things back to the raw essentials, and teach you how to be creative with simple fresh ingredients.
Our hands on cooking classes cater to a variety of abilities. No matter what your level of expertise, you will be exposed to a plether of tips and tricks to make you a more confident cook.
The classes run Wednesday - Saturdays. Choose to do one class or as many as you like. Themes range from Spanish, Pastry or Fish on the BBQ. The majority of classes run for 3.5 hours. Every class includes the meal you created and complimentary wine. The only thing you need to bring is an apron and a sense of fun.
We also offer private classes for your next team building event, hens, or birthday. Our space is your own, where you are free to create a class with your own personal style.
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the Spanish tapas class last night. You have created such a fantastic environment at 3seeds. I had loads of fun and got lots of cooking tips, not to mention the delicious recipes! I think you do an amazing job running the class and can’t wait for the next one. I did the ‘Fabulous Fish’ course on Saturday 5th Sept, and just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed the course. This was the first one that I’ve done with 3Seeds, and I was really impressed – I learned so much, Andrew’s knowledge and passion for what he does is incredible and the kitchen and facilities there are amazing – everything is so clean and the venue itself is perfect!
Thank you too Catherine for cleaning up after us!! – it made a real difference to being able to cook, learn and then sit down and relax and enjoy what we’d made with the others in the class, so this aspect was certainly very much appreciated. Thanks so much for a great course – I will be doing another one with 3 Seeds again soon, and will definitely be recommending the school to others
Simply, I learnt more in 3 hours than I have in 3 years of buying and cooking truffles on my own. While all of the food prepared and enjoyed was exquisite and wonderfully full of truffle flavours, the big extras that I could take away were an understanding of how to layer truffle through the ingredients of a dish, and also how to really make full and multiple use of a truffle. A very big thank you to Andrew and the team!
